"Staff was helpful, friendly, accommodating and breakfast was great. However, rooms need overall maintenance checks and a deep clean. Shower leaked all over floor, ac unit rattled so much cover fell off and was very dirty inside. TV in lobby was frozen for 3days. Fingerprints all over doors, mirrors. As we’ve noticed with numerous hospitality businesses these days; believe the issue is more a short staffing one than intentional. Shuttle service booking is glitchy and not always sure confirmed....

"The property was very clean and the amenities were very nice. I used the fitness center several times and never saw anyone else working out... fully equipped.
The only con was at check-in they send you to the hotel concierge's desk for your parking pass, and its a set up to get you to take a timeshare tour! The guy was very persistent as well as rude! I said NO im not interested 6 times, then he tried to belittle me by saying... ""I dont know many people who don't want to save money on Disney...

"Only issue, we arrived at 1am, door was unlocked and no one at the front desk. Took 10 to 15 minutes to find someone to check us in. Had to hold my finger on the intercom at the front door."
