"We stayed in Malcesine for four nights and paid extra for a lake-view room, which was absolutely worth it. Sitting on the balcony in the morning or in the evening with a drink, taking in the beautiful lake and surrounding mountains, was one of the highlights of our stay.
The room was clean and comfortable. It wasn't particularly spacious, but it had everything we needed, including plenty of storage and complimentary shampoo and shower gel.

"This hotel had an excellent location lakeside and within the walled area of the castle.There is a thermal swimming pool in an adjacent building which was very good. Our room was large but the bathroom was very small for example the bidet was so close to the wall that it could not be easily mounted. The TV was also very small so difficult to watch the world cup. "The hotel was a short walk from the main part of town with lots of shops , restaurants and the marina .
The front of the hotel had a very beautiful Olive Garden with a pool in the center . So a little buggy especially with the heat wave .
The pool was beautiful and very relaxing .
The back of the hotel had a jacuzzi in the garden as well .
The food was good and the staff were friendly.
I think they are in the middle of redecorating the rooms .
