La casetta era piena di ragni ed insetti e lenzuola coperte ed asciugamani non pulitissimi, macchiati e presenza di capelli nei letti e nella doccia. Andrebbero fatte pulizie più accurate. "Everything was just perfect! From the arrival to the check-out. The staff, owner and all the team are just exceptional. One of the best places I’ve been. Restaurant is a must!! A perfect place to live the Dolce vita of Tuscany. Many beautiful cities very close. The staff proposed a lot of activities without feeling any pressure. Will definitely come back!!! "

"El hotel es súper Charming! Tal cual lo que uno sueña con vivir cuando uno visita La Toscana. El área de la piscina es ESPECTACULAR! Las instalaciones divinas! El desayuno deli! El Lugar parece de un cuento Toscano. El vino delicioso! Todo 10/10 lo súper recomiendo! También recomiendo llevar cositas para picar como olivas, nueces, quesos (hay neverita) o algo así para acompañar el vino ya que no hay mercados cerca, los restaurantes tampoco son muy cerca y si uno se quiere quedar en el hotel no...

"Servicen er i top, der er mange pools og aktiviteter til børnene. Vi havde halvpension og maden var virkelig lækker. Vi kunne vælge mellem 3 restauranter hver dag og især maden på Vecchio var lækker. Alt var virkelig flot og velholdt og personalet er super venlige, hjælpsomme og professionelle!"

"Accoglienza super,il proprietario ti mette subito a tuo agio spiegandoci alcune cose e indicandoci vari posti dive poter andare,molto gradito l'omaggio del loro vino. La struttura e un castello con vari mini appartamenti molto confortevoli immerso nel verde con piscina annessa, ...sicuramente un'ottima esperienza se andate a rapolano prendetelo in considerazione.
