"Did not get to use the pool or amenities because we were very jet Lagged from our Dallas flight and only there for 2 nights but loved the hotel, ambience, the room itself was great and clean, well laid out. We got a corner room with breathtaking views of the city and hills in the horizon. Breakfast was exactly what we wanted all the staff were very courteous and helpful would love to stay here again if we come back. The pool looked promising and inviting hopefully next time"

"We really liked the hotel's location. It was easy to get into the Old Town and to the beach area. Also we had a great view of the Arts & Science Park from our room. "We were given two rooms, both in unacceptable condition. There was visible mould, water damage, warped flooring, and even a footprint on the wall. One room had a broken countertop, and both smelled damp and unhealthy. We spent 90 minutes trying to resolve this, but the manager never appeared, and reception refused to provide their name. "El Hotel para pasar par de días está muy bien. Está localizado en excelente lugar a solo minutos de la playa Las Arenas y muchos lugares donde comprar y comer. El Hotel en general necesita algunas reparaciones y pintura. Las habitaciones acumulan bastante arena y el piso siempre está arenoso. El desayuno está muy bueno. El personal muy dedicado, simpático y servicial, lo recomiendo."
