"This is our go to whenever we go to Irish Hills. It's a simple, clean, motel."

"The staff was amazing, from the front desk to the cooks and even the ladies cleaning the rooms. They had positive energy and attitudes. Gave great advice on places to go to eat, entertainment and site seeing. My children and I enjoyed our stay and will be back soon."

"The staff was very customer oriented and very friendly. The inside of the building (including our room) was very clean and well maintained. The only issue was a funky stale odor when you enter the room. They could use another chair in the room. All & all a very nice place."

"The hotel is in a good location and close to the highways. Staff barely makes eye contact with you especially the front desk staff that wouldn’t acknowledge you due to her being on her cell phone. Suite was nice, but shower backs up and shelves in tub are falling down. Half a roll of toilet paper and no soap in the kitchenette. Housekeeping was off due the holiday and garbage just sat in the hallways by room doors. Not worth the nearly $200 a night charge."

"Electrical receptacle and bathroom did not work. Very small stream of hot water for the shower phone didn't work. Nor to the balcony wouldn't lock the lamp on a computer table. Quit working refrigerator quit working. Had to go to the lobby for coffee packs and washcloths. Second, worst stay of my travel history of 50 years"

"The hotel was extremely busy due to a massive power outage in the area and rooms booked full, but we were treated courteously and checked I. Right away!!!"

"The room was sufficient, the staff was friendly however( misinformed concerning deposit for incidentals when using third party reservations); air conditioning great, breakfast was lacking."

"When I arrived the key would not work, once I got a new one I walked in and the walls in the bathroom were not painted,the wallpaper had been removed. There were holes in the wall. A can of roach killer spray was outside the office door. I stayed for 10 minutes and returned my key and went home. I'll never recommend this motel at all. Please don't go. I was afraid of getting bed bugs or having roaches all over me."

"Area was very nice. Enjoyed the outdoor space. Please though, check your rooms for common amenities. There were no hangers in the room for clothes. The website did not list if the room provided a microwave and fridge and I was happy to see that it did! I contacted the owner and asked if a hairdryer and iron with iron board was provided. The owner was happy to put a hairdryer in the room but could not provide the iron/ iron board. Over all we would stay there again."

"Misleading pictures and description. Says breakfast, none. Says Spa?!?!?! LOL! The smell of the room, indescribable. So bad. Just so bad."
