Staff sometimes is missing from the main area or the lobby and you have to hunt them down, but this is an incredibly clean - incredibly well put together hotel. Anytime we go to Jackson, we pick this place. It's the best one in town.

The staff was very customer oriented and very friendly. The inside of the building (including our room) was very clean and well maintained. The only issue was a funky stale odor when you enter the room. They could use another chair in the room. All & all a very nice place.
