"Our room has dead roaches underneath both beds. Pull out bed in living room was dirty and had someone’s clothes still there. Our bed sheets had stains on them. Outside parking near non functional tennis courts looked run down and abandoned.."

"This little, older motel property is a delightful treasure! The location just off 4th in Yuma was very convenient. Lots of nearby restaurants. Their price is so affordable and the room with great amenities was an unexpected treat on my trip across AZ! The pool and pool patio area were sparkling clean. Their staff was courteous, friendly, helpful, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this motel!"

"I have stayed in Quality Inn at least once a month over the last year. This time was the first time that the quality was not good. Everything was fine but once I went to bed I woke up with a bite on my arm, then noticed it on my legs and back. I had to get up and sleep in the chair. The last few times I have stayed there it seems the place has not been as good as earlier in the year. I will have to give some serious thought to staying there again."
