"The highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge. The transfer process was easy to arrange but be aware that a member of staff will contact you via WhatsApp so you’ll need internet access a day or two beforehand.
