"One night stay as close to train station and we needed to be in Brussels early the next day. Hosts were amazing, spoke excellent English and extremely helpful. Left us access to breakfast as we were up early. Room very clean and comfortable, with direct access to garden. Set in a beautiful location, but close to main road arteries. Would have liked to stay longer to explore the local walking routes. Excellent for cyclists too."

"Un endroit humain et très beau en plein Bruxelles. Nous sommes conquis par le calme et la beauté de cette maison. Merci à tous le personnel qui a été présent mais très discret."

"The staff person was so very helpful. The room was immaculately clean and the hotel was quiet. The bus to the heart of the city passed near by."

Additionally, the room lacked the view we paid for. We reported the dirt behind the bed to the staff, but even after leaving and returning later, nothing was cleaned at all. When we asked to check out with a refund to find a clean, safe...
