"Stains and someone else's hair all over the towels. No parking available, as many of the rooms were full of workmen and their giant industrial work trucks took up the whole carpark. We had to park our car down another street and walk back. Painfully slow wifi - running at less than 2mbps. The internet was completely unusable. My phone hotspot was running at 56mbps. The laundry machine cost $3 and the dryer cost another $3. That's expensive. And most of our clothes were still wet after a single dryer cycle. Despite the room itself being good, I do not recommend this place and will never stay here again. "

"I only booked for the indoor pool and hot tub which was not functional or hot. The pool was warm. Housekeeping skipped our room in between nights and was early to clean at check out. I feel like I over payed. $150 room for $78 service. I do not recommend. "

"This is an outstanding mid-level hotel! The room was very clean and new. Prices were very reasonable and lower than most others. Staff were friendly and helpful, even with a great restaurant recommendation on the square in downtown. Breakfast was great tasting with lots of variety (waffles, cage free eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurts, cereal, fruit, and more. Bed was comfortable and room as quiet as you typically find in a hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here if passing through. "
