Upon checking in, they are working on other things instead of helping you get checked in. They make you wait and there is no other customer in line. This is my first time to stay at this hotel. Too bad I booked 2 more nights in advanced. Also, check out is at 11am and most hotels are 12pm. Housekeeper also will knock at the door earlier and check out is at 11am. what is that? "

"Funky layout. Tight spaces. PAPER THIN windows and walls to the balcony. Might as well have slept ON actual Beach Street. We paid for two horrible nights of sleep and we’ve stayed at neighboring properties with zero of these issues. Will not return. "
