"The check-in process was very confusing and frustrating. The system seemed to have issues depending on which number was provided through the email, making it difficult to access my room smoothly. Unfortunately, the checkout process has been just as difficult. When trying to check out in the morning, I was instructed to enter the same number I used to access my room, but the system would not accept it. Because of this, I now have to wait for customer service just to complete the checkout...

"Very spacious"

"The room was very clean upon arrival and the check in process was very easy for an English only person. The shower had amazing pressure and the fact there was a washer machine made the stay very good. Hangers were provided in the room to hang your clothes up to dry as well. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Osaka."

"Great place. I little bit of a walk to the station, but very close to a full-size grocery store and convenience stores. Lots of food options near by. Bunk beds were great for the kids."

"The check-in process was very complicated. There was an additional per-guest charge on top of the total booking fee, and access was not granted unless it was paid. Overall, the stay was average. There were no services available for long stays—we had to dispose of the trash ourselves every day. There was also no breakfast or dining facility on site."
