Lovely room. Great staff. Unfortunately, the room was way too hot - the staff could not adjust the heating leading to a very uncomfortable night. Couldn't open windows to cool down, as the restaurant vents were at the window height and the local bars were open late

The woman that was working at the desk in the morning and doing the breakfast was over the top accommodating. It's rare that you friend someone that will go above and beyond what needs to done to help guests like she did for me.
