"The staff, especially the bar staff were rude. The, what I presume was the bar manager, did not treat me or my husband with respect. We felt that we were bothersome to him. I, personally would not go to the bar or the bar area while he was working.
The front desk staff were wonderful as well as the housekeeping staff. My review for the bar staff is a 1."

"The breakfast setting is magical and definitely a big reason why we booked this hotel. The reception is stunning and well maintained, however there were a few signs of wear and tear in the room that surprised me for this price point. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was a little busier than expected and noise was an issue in the room, especially on Saturday night.
