10/10 Excellent

"Excellent hotel with sea view and terraces looking out to Mt Vesuvius. Breakfast was good though fruit options could be improved . We had lunch by pool side which was very tasty . Pool staff very responsive setting up sunbeds , bringing towels and drinks and food . Private beach looked amazing though we did not use it . The attitude of all staff was very professional going extra mile all the time . We went to their sister hotel , buggy picked us up and had drinks on roof top bar before dining at lovely restaurant Zest where food was exquisite. Tad expensive but fine dining in Sorrento usually is . We would not hesitate to stay here again."

"We had a great experience here. Great location. Close to many things. They have an elevator that takes you to the beach and they also have a pool that’s pretty deep. We are good simmered so we enjoyed that. They have a restaurant at the top that had amazing views. They were some of our best pictures from our trip. The restaurant was delish and the staff were supper friendly. The rooms were really cute too. It had a balcony. We enjoyed our stay. 10 out of 10 would stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Capri in Sorrento! The hotel was lovely, welcoming, and made our visit to Sorrento truly enjoyable. A special thank you to Teresa Lauro, who was absolutely fantastic. She was always there with a warm smile and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Teresa was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation and assisting us with anything we needed, making everything so easy and stress-free. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more special. We truly appreciated all of her help and attention. We would happily recommend Hotel Capri to anyone visiting Sorrento, and we hope to return again in the future!"
