"Terrific view, clean and well-maintained rooms, helpful staff - everything was as you'd hope for in a hotel. Perhaps the most notable perk was the strong AC in the room - we stayed during a heat wave and that AC was a game-changer! Also, if your wife packs too much stuff for vacations like mine, make sure to tip Carlo well for carrying your luggage up all those stairs. It was such a hot day when we arrived and we were happy to have his help getting up to the hotel from street level. It was also great having breakfast on site ready for us daily - always got the day off to a good start. Would definitely stay here again."

"What a fantastic hotel. Located a few minutes' walk from the main town, it's in the perfect spot. The hotel is spacious, airy, and spotlessly clean. The pools were great, and the views across the town and the bay towards Vesuvius were spectacular. The staff were amazing, so welcoming and always smiling. It was obvious that they all take real pride in what they do, and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay memorable. We stayed in a Prestige room. The views from the balcony were fantastic. The room was spacious, and the large bed was really comfortable. There are various dining options, all of which were really good. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and with plenty of choice. The next time we go to Sorrento, we will definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you for a lovely holiday."

"Nice property in a good location to the town. The staff were friendly and the view is amazing. The rooms were very comfortable as we traveled with teenager. Beach area was nice but would have liked to had more floats for the water."
