"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The location was convenient, and we really appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality. Everything made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended"

"This was a special experience, the staff were all so helpful and it felt like they cared. The rooms were stunning. I didn't use the pool but my daughters did and said it was good. Breakfast was nice, unfortunately we left too early the second morning to have any. We loved dinner in the restaurant on the terrace with the best cocktails and appreciated that the second time they remembered us from the night before ."

"The hotel was extremely clean and the rooms are well appointed and comfortable with good linen and nice towels. The hotel staff were delightful and extremely helpful especially Manika. We enjoyed the food and the specially the expansive breakfast. In all we had a wonderful stay. Only suggestion would be a bigger gym but it still met our needs."

"The sink was dirty and towel very warn out. Staff did not respond promptly to housekeeping . On the plus side the breakfast was excellent and staff very welcoming. I wouldnt rate this a 5 star, based on cleanliness. Service could improve . Whatever staff we did meet did make us feel welcome."

"Convenient location right next the Ruby Hall Metro station makes it ideal for exploring Pune. Alternatively, those who prefer foot power can walk 15-20 minutes into Camp. Only minor issue was that when the room was serviced daily, they kept forgetting to replace towels - but quickly sorted via a call to reception"
