"The rules are not clear and seem to change by whoever is at the front desk. In particular on Monday June 22nd at 11:50 pm. I was out in the terrace and the front desk lady comes and kicks everyone out with no explanation. She says no one on the terrace after 12pm. There is no place to go outside safely and smoke other than there. She was rude and wouldn’t even talk to me."

"The staff were great and I appreciated the early check in. Breakfast was also great. Unfortunately there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom that seemed to be coming through the vents from the room above. They should look at blocking it off because it was a strong smell, as if someone had been smoking in my room."

"Service was great in reception they were really nice and helpful. But cleanest of the room wasn’t great. We have some few episodes with lights going on and off. We found parking in the paying parking spot in the front of the hotel that was great but we were only staying one night. The hotel has a parking place but is not exactly in the hotel. The location of the hotel is great a walking distance to the “Aqueduct” and the “Alcazar”"
