"A beautiful historic hotel within easy walking distance of the train station. The staff were very helpful. Even though we were there on a quiet Monday, there was a lot to see in the area. The nearby park was a great place to walk."

"Very nice small hotel about 12 minutes away from Biel. Recommended. Free parking and reasonable price. Note their restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but there is a very nice restaurant 2 minutes away called Bahnhof but closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays!"

"Staff was very accommoding & friendly from the reception desk to the staff in the dining room & cleaning staff. Rooms need a little more attention. Carpet was extremely dirty in some spots & there was a pervasive odor throughout the room-not certain if smoke or mildew-maybe both. Otherwise, would definitely use this hotel & its wonderful staff."
