"I’d like to share my feedback for the amazing staff at Novotel Dubai. Anne was truly the best. She helped us throughout our stay and provided excellent customer service. We really appreciated her kindness and professionalism. A big thank you as well to all the other staff, including the cleaners, drivers, and the dining team. The food was delicious, and the in-room service was quick and friendly. Everyone made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you all for your great hospitality."

"Could not fault the hotel, staff or facilities, its what you would expect from Riu. Dubai Islands is a new developement and with Riu and Centara next door being the only two finished buildings on a large building site, there is nothing else around. Its a taxi ride to anything else,but not an issue as there are plenty outside the hotel"

"The beds were so comfortable , I didn’t try the food but when I was checking the Restuarent they I’ve seen so many options of buffer my friends had breakfast and she highly recommended. "

"Staff was very polite and courteous. This hotel needs improvement and upgrade. Old and broken furniture, bathroom drains were clogged, hard mattresses, and No free car parking facility. Breakfast should be free and a part of the stay package. Somehow the location was a good and very busy street with a lot of food restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance. "
