"Our stay was absolutely terrible. The room was in very poor condition, with many things broken. The wooden deck around the swimming pool was full of splinters, and some of the deck boards were sticking up, making it extremely dangerous, especially for children.

"It's important to know that despite being close to the airport it's in a rural environment which is fantastic if what you're looking for is for a little calm before taking a stressful flight. "The property has nice accommodations, and the views are spectacular; however, the customer service was horrific. We were booked for just one night, and we had to wait over an hour to check in at 3 PM. By the time we got to our room, it was already 5 PM. When I tried to order a drink at the beachside, I had to contact three different servers and wait over an hour to receive it.

"Had a flight issue from Canada to Athens and therefore missed departure to Naxos on arrival day. As a result had to immediately find a place close to the airport and found GK Airport Suites.
Arrived at 11:15 pm and had immediate communication and help with free shuttle service. As stated with no live person at site, information to access the suite was excellent. The room was very clean. The room was adequate for our family, 15 YOA and 17 YOA boys.

"The apartment works for a quick stay. It is not luxurious and it has bare minimum toiletries. A 15min drive from the airport with a restaurant abd grocery store within a 2 min walk. I did not like that if you stay on the ground floor your access is from the side door that goes to the street and if you book on a high floor with 2 rooms, some do not have elevator access. The host was accommodating and attentive, but the place really does not reflect the luxury that is shown in the pictures.
