Dar Ben Gacem is beautiful, with rooftop views and amazing tile and architecture throughout. There are many areas to relax and enjoy the ambience. The breakfast has delicious food and an outstanding chef. If you need anything, they are always there to help. Another way they accommodate guest is by speaking English, Arabic and French. "On our last night in Tunisia, we were supposed to be back at the hotel (picked by our operator) where we started the tour. However, we could not do it again. We wanted a hotel with actual amenities, working AC & not under renovation with filthy floors like the other. "We had an amazing time and felt so well cared for. The staff was very attentive. The room was probably one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. Everything was so new and clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace. It was a great location, close to the Medina and not too far from the airport. The staff kindly arranged for taxi transportation. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer! "
