The rooms are incredible (we had a junior suite and I was really impressed) the ambience of the public spaces is warm, friendly and convivial and the staff are stellar -particular shout out to Rida in the restaurant who hit the balance being professional and attentive at all times and personal and warm when the opportunity arose. "It was a very comfortable stay. We were travelling with a baby and our requests were accommodated very well. The host is a very long and polite man. He arranged for a private custom tour of the Ait Benhaddou as well. Breakfast and dinner was provided."

"Good communication, very nice staff, beautifully decorated Kasbah in the mountains. Good food and overall very good experience. The only thing is the entrance and parking! Very tight and steep rocky driveway, not obvious at all. Have someone guide you in if possible. Would 100% go back if given the chance"
