"Friendly staff, good sized, clean rooms."

"The hotel has fabulous Christmas decorations that make it feel even cosier and more inviting. The staff were really friendly, professional & welcoming. The room was a good size and clean and well presented, as was the bathroom. The bar area was relaxed and had a nice atmosphere. Only one issue during the visit. The breakfast sandwiches were in stotties that seemed a bit stale. We didn’t feed this back at the time, which I now realise was unfair. Apologies."

"The hotel is in a great location right on the seafront. Fast efficient check in and a nice room. Breakfast was very tasty. Loved the green option of swapping a room clean for a free drink. Perfect for a 2 night stay and great for the climate."

"Room was very clean however I would say the shower I had could have done with some bleach on the sealant at the bottom as it had a little yellowing. That's very minor in the grand scheme of things as the staff were so friendly and accommodating. It was my birthday trip and they gave me a little gift and a card, it was the little things. "Hemos estado una noche en una habitación con una cama doble y un sofa cama individual, perfecto para 2-3 personas. La estancia ha sido buena, la habitación tiene vistas al río y al puente. Opción muy recomendable para cortas estancias en la ciudad. La atención en recepción ha sido estupenda en todas las horas y dudas que hemos tenido. Hemos desayunado un buffet tipo inglés per 11€ approx."
