"The restaurant and check-in staff were really great. The check out staff was kind of rude.
We stayed on the 5th floor and after literally 45 trips to India and I can say this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed (and I have a high tolerance for cultural diversity and don’t require luxury). The 5th floor hallway has a stink like overstated rat urine that I have never experienced in my life. It immediately invoked my gag relax and I have PTSD from the smell. I’ve stayed in villages and rural areas and am not even disturbed by a one off rat. But this was next level like I have never smelled and my throat closed up.
Honestly.. not fit for human habitation. I am not sure if every floor was like this, but it’s obvious to me that there is a rat infestation (and I mean 100s not just a few) in their ventilation system .additionally the sink did not drain, the shower did not drain.. and I kid you not.. not just embellishing and adding additional thing, there was literally a beetle in the curd rice at the lunch buffet.
I have a higher degree of tolerance for mistakes and mishaps, but no human should be staying on the 5th floor of the building. Perhaps other floors are better.. not sure."
