"We found our luggage had been stolen from while inside a locked private room. After bringing this to the attention of staff they told us the footage had been deleted and several staff lied to us in the process. At the police station we learned this was a known problem for this property. Other guests need to be careful around the staff of this place."

"My experience at this hotel was a far cry from what was advertised. Upon check-in, I was surprised to find additional charges, including nightly parking fees despite ample parking space available onsite, as well as a R250 per person damages deposit, which I declined to pay, leading them to take my driver's license as collateral.
