"Love this hotel, very family friendly! Such a great pool and spa! The staff were so kind and helpful! We used quite a bit of the amenities the pool, the gym , laundry and free breakfast! Definitely recommend and will be back! Felt safe at the hotel."

"We booked a five day four night stay. At no point during our stay was the room serviced, cleaned or towels replaced. I have absolutely no problem making the beds for myself and my children. But no trash removal or towel pick up is a problem. On day 3, around 3pm I asked reception if something could be done, They said it was too late for that day but could be addressed the following day. I ended up taking fresh towels from a service cart left by the elevator and leaving all the trash and wet towels in the corridor, Needless to say that was all attended too. It's a shame that the service is so bad. It's s nice hotel, lots of families in the pool. But don't expect great service."

"This place is very clean and it seems like it’s been renovated. I would recommend to put a nonslip pad in the shower cuz it’s slippery while taking a shower. The staff are very helpful and I would come back again in the future."
