"Clean room, helpful staff"

"We reserved and PAID for a Legacy Suite but got a 2 queen traditional room instead. The hotel blamed it on Expedia but I'm guessing they just over booked it. My wife and I were hoping for a romantic get away, which we are not able to afford much. We were both really disappointed. They didn't adjust our price because we booked through Expedia. On a positive note, the hotel was beautiful and clean. The town in of Beloit, WI is cute with a charming farmers market."

"We booked a two bed through Expedia for a lacrosse weekend and were extremely disappointed upon arrival.After checking in late, we discovered our room only had one bed.The hotel had oversold their two-bed rooms and, with no other options available at that hour, we had no choice but to stay.They offered a rollaway bed, which arrived over 45 minutes later.
