"Everyone was friendly"

"Room had dog prints from mud on the doors and it smelled like cleaning agent covering animal urine. People were yelling at pets all night. "

When I brought it to the staff’s attention he told me to go to the community bathroom, get a plunger and plunge the toilet myself. The front desk told me to keep the plunger in my room for the duration of my stay because he knew it would happen again and he would be up later to drop me off a zip it tool so I could snake and unclog the sink myself! "We only received clean towels once in the 4 days we were there"

"Hotel was clean and in central location. Limited amenities like tissues, shampoo/conditioner, no ice makers, and needing to ask front desk for blow dryer. It’s more of an extended stay hotel, however, certain amenities are still expected as a hotel. Walls were thin and you could smell food being cooked from other rooms which wasn’t ideal, however, price was right and it as a great place for a night."

"Power went out while I was waiting to check in. Not the properties' fault as there was a severe thunderstorm happening. The room was OK until I went to bed. The pillows and bedspread smelled by bad body odor. Very glad I brought my own pillow."

"We had a mixup with Expedia regarding our reservation and the manager was AMAZING. He refunded our deposit and gave us a room. He also recommended a restaurant which gave us a discount for staying at the hotel. There was an old stain on one of the pillowcases, but we just switched to another pillow, there were so many! We would definitely stay here again."

"The continental breakfast is not the best"

"There was no key card entry to outside doors so anybody could enter the facility. It was clean and there weren't any problems but the neighborhood could lend itself to mischief. "

"The staff checks with you daily, checking on your needs. Was impressed with the breakfast area from first day, clean & well supplied. "

"We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly."
