"My main issue was that only one of the three elevators was operational, which caused significant frustration and stress, especially when you're lacking sleep from traveling and your only desire is to reach your room and rest, but you're unable to do so because you have to wait for an opportunity to fit into the elevator as everyone is attempting to access their rooms. "The hotel had only one flaw. The pillows were overstuffed, hard and impossible to sleep on. I slept without one on the first night then went to Target to buy a pillow. May I suggest the Goldilocks solution. Since there are 3 pillows - one should be hard, one medium and one soft. All just right for for the traveler "

"The breakfast that was served was always well stocked and the hot food was replenished regularly. During my stay from April 4-9, the woman in charge of the breakfast area was extremely nice and personable."

"This was not your typical Courtyard Marriott. First impression was the parking lot which was riddled with pot holes and the exterior needed a little upkeep. Check in was easy and receptionist was friendly. The worst part was when basketball team teens were running in the hallways at midnight NOONE was answering the phones at the front desk. Didn’t get much sleep and unfortunately there was no help."

"It was a busy day when we checked in at 3:15, many rooms were not ready. We received a room and when we went to it, the door was open and the room was not fully cleaned. There were no sheets on the bed and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. We inquired with the front and it took about 15-20 minutes before they sent someone to finish the room. After this situation, everything else was okay. "
