"Our room was great! We had a king room and it was comfortable,great design features and spacious. Climate controlled and comfy! Parking was not an issue because it was the weekend and we could park in the two hour only spaces overnight- otherwise you probably need to valet for 25.00 a day. Not a big issue but just know that when you are booking. There is a Starbucks and some convenience type food options. No real dining options onsite. Again, not really an issue if you plan accordingly....

"Parking needs improvement, so does the front desk staff. Rooms felt dingy and toilet connection to wall was coming g apart. The mattress was awful. I expected better for the price. Would not recommend"

"Front desk was unattended at 6:30pm. Pretty sure we woke the employee up from a nap. Elevator needs repair. Front doors are not locked at night, and there's no obvious security. And the cleaning staff called us at 9:30am to ask when we'd be leaving. It was an off-putting experience across the board."

"I have stayed at this location several times for business trips and the staff is always friendly and helpful but on this last trip they went above and beyond. Partcularly the night auditor and manager (sorry I forgot names) My work assignment got extended and the hotel was fully booked due to a hockey event but the night auditor continuously monitored for cancelations to be able to extend my booking.
