"The room was great, and the cooling/heating system was nice. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only bad thing was that after my work was done, I returned to the hotel in the rain and had to park in the back. The back doors were locked to me even with my key. I had to wlk around to the front, in the rain, in order to get in....Bummer."

"My main issue was that only one of the three elevators was operational, which caused significant frustration and stress, especially when you're lacking sleep from traveling and your only desire is to reach your room and rest, but you're unable to do so because you have to wait for an opportunity to fit into the elevator as everyone is attempting to access their rooms. Also the signature that makes the double tree stand out if the amazing colors that we weren’t offer at registration, when I asked for them they said they had none and they were hopping to have them back In the near future 😳 but I saw some guess on the elevator with cookies. Bummer."

"This place is great overall. Owners were very nice and accommodating, breakfast was delicious, private free parking it was an experience for the books. If we come back to south bend we will be trying to stay here again."

"Really nice experience in Yellow Room 1. All was well maintained and clean. Nice blackout blinds and curtains for good sleep. Good mattress. Nice to have own sink and toilet in room. And shared shower was nice and big. Only recommendation would be to provide all guests with code to get in basement in emergency. We had a tornado warning and no way to get into basement to take cover."
