Hotel Sonesta Hotel di Bronx Selatan

"Restaurant is pretty good and overall service is ok."

"We booked two rooms for a business trip, and unfortunately, both were disappointing. The bathrooms in both rooms had significant mold, and the hairdryer was covered in dust and debris. Additionally, none of the benefits associated with our Expedia booking were honored or offered. Given the nightly rate, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and service. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and we would not stay here again."

"I had a royal experience at the Royal Sonesta. Lovely time. Lovely staff. From Elias and Jonathan, to Carlos, Gabby and Gary at the bar, to Melle and Meryl at the front desk. I always feel taken care at the Benjamin. I hope they update the menu at the Parliament more often since I’ll end up eating everything on the menu soon."
