"The spa and pool were great, and the heated pool was a nice improvement compared with our stay last winter. The room was as good as always. However, after using the pool, we needed fresh towels on the third day and were told there were no more towels available. For a Meriton suites, this was disappointing."

I loved the pre-arrival phone call with instructions, the friendly staff and the easy check-out process. Located walking distance from the Canberra Centre and the main food street in Canberra. "Property was in a good location close to restaurant and bars etc. Room wasn’t the cleanest, family of 4 shared one bathroom due to cleanness of ensuite in main. Stained toilet seat, thick black hairs in shower. Had to remove shower cap from broken smoke detector in Kitchen?? Maybe should have been worn in shower? Stained carpets, dirty and marked walls etc. Would stay in same area but at different hotel next time."
