"Always lovely to stay here. Charming. Wear and tear are starting to show a little. The staff are very efficient but can do with a bit of smile and warmth towards guests. Will stay again and recommend it. "

"What a great property! Beautiful apartments - clean, comfy and well appointed with free goodies in the room.
The staff member who checked us in (I didnt get his name sorry - Filipino male) was lovely and efficient. Providing us with advice on the amenities in the local area. He made us feel very welcomed and that they would be happy to help out with any requests.
Conveniently located close to restaurants and shops. And free parking underground parking. The only negative is that we only stayed...

"A top notch experience for our four night stay in a one bedroom apt at East Hotel in Canberra. Underground parking was a key consideration for our stay and it worked well ($20 a night). Very pleasant and helpful staff and a great restaurant (Italian) downstairs where we had both breakfast and dinner a couple of times. Fast wifi.
