The extras such as beach towels, chairs, toys and stroller saved us trunk space for road travel. Instructions were clear for check in and amenities. "

Contacted them prior to arriving and they made a point to say this was addressed and someone would go make sure everything chexkout out before we arrived. While I appreciate this attemp it was not resolved. We got a message asking if everything was good after arriving.
