Beach House Resort Hilton Head
6/10 Okay
"There was no hot water whatsoever. The thermostat was inaccurate and kept the room either really cold or too hot."

Holiday Inn Express Hilton Head Island by IHG

"A few Charging plugs in the room needs to be fixed up"

Red Roof Inn Hardeeville

"Staff is attentive and friendly, breakfast provided, always a plus. I was grateful for an affordable hotel, so the price was right - but definitely some more attention could be put into cleanliness of room/linens. There was only 1 waffle maker and a line of people wanting to make waffles - an extra griddle would greatly improve the flow of breakfast - and maybe how the items are lined up. You had to backtrack for butter/syrup - they would be better placed after the griddle, not before. Thank you"

Palmera Inn and Suites
10/10 Excellent
"We picked this for our 2 night memorial weekend stay. It was so close to Hilton heads beaches it worked perfect for us!! Ample parking, a pool, luggage carts, nice room. Only thing in the queen bed rooms that sucks is the bathroom sliding door is terrible. Either it gets stuck and you have to try to get out or it doesn’t stay fully closed. Also the one bed is wayyy to close to the ac/heat thing. You basically hit it getting out of bed. Way too close to that wall. But full kitchen is always our go to choice and liked the stand shower. Wish we got a loft room though. The pool was nice with a hidden hot tub. Def gotta look for it. Said it closed at 10pm but we were in it well past that. Just needs more lights around when driving in. It’s way too dark and you can’t see anything when trying to get back to the hotel. Def need more lighting. But only 4-6 minutes drive or bike ride to the beach was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and would return in the future! (Breakfast is nothing to jump for joy over. I’d rather go to speedway or McDonald’s. The sausage looked so dry. Only a bagel. Cereal. Some self pressed pancakes that were uncooked edges. Dry eggs. Not our choice of breakfast.) we went to gringos diner, now that was a good breakfast!"

Hilton Garden Inn Hilton Head

"Everything was as expected for a Hilton. Great service by all staff."

Coral Sands Resorts by Palmera

"It wasn’t clear that there would be a vacation plan investment presentation when we made the reservation. Large unit very good. Would be nice if there was attention paid to a few things that would have made a difference, such as providing coffee packets for the coffeemaker and how about some directions for the TV do we could view what we had access to."

Spark By Hilton Hilton Head Island
4/10 Poor
"The staff at this hotel was incredibly rude. Nine of us friends had booked the same room and were all chatting in the hotel lobby on our first night. The receptionist, however, insisted that she needed the lobby back and kept closing her ears, claiming there was too much noise. To make matters worse, there was no waffle or pancake option for breakfast. On the second day, even the flatbreads were unavailable, and we had to buy our own and toast them ourselves. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone."

The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa
6/10 Okay
"The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic, the outdoor restaurant above the pool was very good, the dinner was excellent. All of the normal things: Clean room,, Staff, outdoor pool, Beach were excellent . Communications were not so great. We "heard" you had to reserve a beach chair and that you could do it at the beach. So we went down and waited with another family for a long time. We called the number on the beach service sign finally got through to a very pleasant woman who said she would send someone over. That person never showed. So basically the beach, which the reason we chose you, was not available to us, we are not spring chickens and did not bring our own chairs like so many people did. I suppose there was a solution, but it was hot, and by then we were frustrated, so the beach was a bust for us. Also since you do serve "not-young" people , it would be nice if you either had a paper information sheet/magazine, or your on TV information would be more complete, especially when the remote did not work well and we had to hit the buttons several times to choose a site. Very bummed out, will not recommend to others since there are other choices available."
