"We enjoyed our stay at the Sands Beach Club. They could use some new lounge chairs around the outside pool which is just outside the indoor pool. We didn't use the grills but the gas grills are a great idea. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. "

"Villa provided a perfect accommodation for adult children with parents- full kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Most kitchen items looked brand new! So close to Harbour Town shops and restaurants! It’s very quiet and the property is laid out to make even the balcony private! "

"DON’T STAY THERE!!!. I felt like we were in the ghetto. Neither the indoor/ outdoor pool or the hot tub were in service. The building that houses them looked like it was condemned. There was trash everywhere and sketchy people loitering all around the property. Some looked homeless. Some looked like hookers. Inside the common areas of the building and the rooms was even more concerning. There was mold, dead roaches, crumbs and sticky surfaces everywhere. Urine stains all around the toilet...
