"The overall condition of the hotel is mediocre you can tell the property is showing its age, the hotel staff checking us in screwed us and put in the system we were a no-show when we checked in late afternoon, leading to us being charged twice for a two night stays multiple other guests came to our room as it was showing in the system no one was in the room, staff had to ask us multiples times late at night what we were doing there and we showed proof of our stay and check in time. Overall communication at this hotel is lackluster along with the overall experience. Would highly recommend any other property in the area, when on a vacation dealing with stress of a poorly ran hotel isn’t the vibe you want."
