"Ambiance made up for any short comings. Clawfoot tub, slanting floors, 1800's decor, chandelier and history of the property made this a unique experience. The food was grear and the staff was friendly and efficient."

"Clean pools, great service, love the fact every cocktail is comped if you are gambling. You don’t get that in Vegas EVER. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The only downfall but not a deal breaker, no fridge or coffee pot. Will stay there again and again!"

"The property has been remodeled to an amazing looking early 1900's era. The rooms are big and comfortable. The lobby is very inviting to come down and sit to read, play games or visit with others. Not a lot of food options in town,but for a night or two we did fine. We will definitely be back"

"This place was HOTTT. Arrived at night, and it was still baking hot. Outside of that, it has all the things you would need in a hotel/resor,t and it was nice how they had a natural spring-fed swimming pool and a museum. Would definitely stay there again if back in Death Valley."

"Paul was very attentive to us and has such an easy way about him. He made our stay very easy. The property also had lots of peacocks that made it unique. At first I was intimidated but they were actually quite docile. The place was also very quiet which was a nice way to end a day of exploring at Death Valley. "
