"Jim Butler use to be a great place to stay. It’s not anymore! The place is run down, and the staff at check in is less than impressive! I called ahead as I would be making a later arrival to verify someone would be there. The lady who answered the phone spoke as if I was wasting her time. Then at check in she was completely unpleasant. I had a less than impressive stop the time before but thought I’d give the place one more chance. Never again will I stay at the Jim Butler."

"The AC unit was so loud it did not let me sleep. Also, the shower had no hot water."

"Pretty much the only place to stay in DV! We stayed in summer so the heat was unbelievable. Only option during the middle of the day was to retreat to the room. Would have been nice to have some air conditioned places to sit that weren’t the room or restaurants. A few eating options and we enjoyed the pool in the evening and there was even a free pool party with food and music etc on the Saturday night which wasn’t advertised but we all loved"

"Really nice and spacious suite room! Comfortable bed and silky soft sheets! Convenient to have breakfast on site, coffee machines made a good quality coffee! Staff recommended mexican restaurant next door, which was nice to walk after a long day of driving!"
