"I always pick these type of hotels AKA Holiday Inn Expresses because of their continental breakfast being so phenomenal! This one also had a pool and hot tub which I did not get to use this visit but it was in full operation. The staff was excellent and accommodating me in any of the amenities that I needed through my stay!! I also the location was very easy to get to in comparison to the places I was going to be visiting on this trip. If I could rate this any higher than a five star I would do...

"The gals at the front desk were amazing! So friendly and accommodating for our group of 8 women in town for a play. We were able to check in early and they let us use a boardroom to gather and play cards in the afternoon. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was fresh and hot. It’s going to be our new favorite place to stay in Omaha! "

"This place was horrible. I called and requested when I first arrived to fix the refrigerator and microwave which were both plugged in to be fixed. No one showed up. I had food that needed to be refrigerated. Needless to say that was no good the next day. Took a shower in this gross tub. The toiletries they supplied were previously used and looked dirty.
