"We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again."

"We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this...

"The hotel wasn't much to look at from the road, but the room was clean and updated. The lock to the room was a little odd and hard to work, but not a deal breaker. Check in staff was great, the hotel was very quiet for being right on route 6, and we were right in thy middle of everything we wanted to do. Great value for the price."

Right across the street from beautiful Bass River, this family run hotel is one of my favorite places to stay on the Cape. It's not big and fancy, just a pleasant place to stay and reasonably priced. "The employees were very kind and helpful. We paid for a bigger room but the smell was not good on the room. Cigarettes or just a really musty smell. The towels all smell bad, like dead seagulls. Lol. Perhaps some dryer sheets may be useful. Clean hotel but veryyyyy dated and needs some upgrades. No bar or restaurant on site - so bring food and drinks otherwise Captain Patrick’s was recommended and was really good. They won Best Chowder and mentioned on Jeopardy!"
