"Things were fine during my visit. Breakfasts were well planned - enjoyed the hot chocolate drink. The gal working the day I came was great. Went beyond what I expected- willing to help me get items out of car. Didn’t expect. Great employee!"

"It was like a throwback to a 1950s or 60s era luxury resort. It was nice enough but like an upscale motel. The elk sausage flatbread at the restaurant was great though!"

"Very little breakfast selection available and nothing hot. The tv remote wasn’t working. The front desk clerk was very friendly and tried her best to fix the remote issue to no avail. Not a bad place to sleep and great staff!"

"amenities we few and floor throughout the hotel were dirty, trashes in hallways and over all just dirty. My bedsheets were also dirty but Not couldn't get through to main desk so i just used my sheets I brought with."

"So not sure what happened but came down to us getting to the hotel at 1 am and very tired after a 14 hour drive only to get there to hear the Expedia had overbooked and the guy at the front desk did not know how to cancel the reservation before we got there. Actually the front desk clerk said they had no clean rooms. Sis not do anything to assist us in fi di a new hotel or suggestions. Very I professional."

"Expedia website says this place is dog friendly. I arrived at 11pm and found out from front desk that the parent hotel is pet friendly however the Holiday inn was not. Luckily the staff was able to make this work, however there was a second there after 10 hours of driving that it seemed like my non-refundable hotel room suddenly became useless because Expedia and the hotel information differ."
