The positives are that the staff are quite friendly, the rooms are very comfortable with solid AC and a nice shower, the hotel is clean and has a nice pool. "Staff was very good. The breakfast and bar service was above average. However, for 5 of my 7 day face cloth and beach towels which were supposed to be in the room was non existant. On my fifth day my A/C was dripping water and pots had to be strategically placed so water did not fall on the floor. A technician did come in to fix it and he was somewhat successful.
