"I stayed here 3 years ago and was not told the pool would be under construction until check in. The owner was there and explained he was building a new pool. So here it was 2026, and I thought let’s try again. BIG MISTAKE. Received a WhatsApp message day of check in while I was driving with my family of 5 that the pool is “under construction”. Understand there is not much else to do with no pool. We had an excursion the next day. And how I wish they would warn people that for over 15 miles...

"Absolutely terrible experience. Every single service was awful from beginning to end. The management treated us with complete disrespect and showed no interest in resolving any issue.
