"Very comfortable single night stay in a pretty modern downtown (Old Port) hotel. There was construction going on, but it did not affect me too much; I heard some drilling the next morning but not until after 8am--it didn't awaken me. Room is modern, clean and well appointed. Good lighting and water pressure in bathroom--stall shower is a bit narrow but otherwise great. Breakfast buffet was a pretty good selection at a reasonable rate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "Although the main building and many of the amenities (e.g., restaurant) were closed for renovations, the new Coveside building was great! The rooms are well appointed and spacious. It's so great to be able to bring my pup along. Beautiful walking trails, and the Coveside market had all the necessities and a nice coffee bar. "
