"Stay was great. Room suited our needs. My only complaint is that there were 3 of us staying in the room. After a long day of travel we all wanted to shower and discovered there were only 2 towels in the room. I thought perhaps they made a mistake and didn’t realize there were 3 of us when they cleaned the room. I mean 2 towels even for 2 people staying for 3 nights seemed inadequate. When I reached out reminding them there were 3 of us and 2 towels they stated their policy was 2 towels per room...

The only thing we didn’t like was that we were put at the end of the hallway right across from the elevator so we heard the elevator all night. "The staff were most welcoming and always helpful and cheerful. Location was excellent and so handy to walk into town. Facilities within the hotel were amazing and the complimentary first drink, tea/coffee provided and afternoon tea in the lounge was such a lovely addition. Travelling from the UK with family via Ohio we had a wonderful time and aim to return."

"Room was not clean at all. The floors were sticky, the bathroom had chewed gum on the floor, used bar soap in the tub, dirt in the tub, and potential dirty towel with blood in it. The room had an odor as well. The staff said they couldn’t help and just told us to email the manager. Not sure if this was isolated to just my room but would not recommend booking here"

"My girlfriend slipped on the pool stairs and bleed one of her toes and hurt her back really badly because the step was too slippery for some reason. The excessively slippery pool stairs was further confirmed by another person there who said she was a regular user of that pool in that very hotel. when we mentioned this to the staff, they did not really show much interest in it.
