We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. We had to call the front desk to ask if...

Great staff always ready to help, wonderful woman works at the cafe andakes great meals, cleaning staff have greatly improved, Fabulous restaurant just a short walk away also near Italian restaurants, free washer and dryer. And a Dunkin Donut soon coming across the street. Nice fireplace in a large, comfortable lobby. I won't stay anywhere else in the Norwich area."

"Evearything was clean, convenient, and comfortablle. While the scrambled eggs at breakfast were the best steam table eggs I've had, they were't feshly sceambled good."

"We had a brief but great experience. The staff was super friendly, the food and coffee were delicious and it was a perfect location and visit for the campus. The place is wonderfully decorated with amazing touches from the paintings to the rugs. It brought out a lot of Husky Pride. Thank you"

"the room was fine especially for the price. the guy who checked us in was horrible. I stood at the desk for a while waiting for him to acknowledge me and he never did. I finally had to ask him if he was the one who could check me in. it was very late just after midnight when we arrived. but he was not welcoming at all. We had to ask for more coffee on several occasions, and it took them at least half an hour to bring more coffee. But overall, our stay was nice. I would stay here again. "

"Welcoming Staff was great, unfortunately, two separate staff members indicated smoking on the balcony was permitted. We found out it was not when the Sunday morning desk clerk, Jasmine, kicked us out of the hotel, and the manager avoided speaking with us for hours. his only concern was charging the $250 and kicking us out. Cleanliness was ok except for all the marijuana smoke odor throughout the hotel and most disturbing coming from the room next door to us. when we complained about it, twice...
