"This place is long-term residential in nature. You can't count on someone at the desk except for certain hours, and my room was not serviced during the 8 days I was there. Coffee is provided from a machine only four hours a day, and during my stay the machine went empty and there was no sugar. That said, my room was spacious and had what one needs for a long-term stay. "After a very tiring week of traveling the National Parks, we checked in early evening for our flight home the next day. After unpacking, we had an issue with a very noisy AC unit. We notified the front desk and they promptly assigned us to another quieter room.
